Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [7–10 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Once your order is ready and dispatched, the following shipping options and timelines apply:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹149 – Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: ₹249 – Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over ₹7000, standard delivery (3–7 business days after dispatch) is free.

3. Domestic vs. International

  • Domestic (India): We ship nationwide via DTDC.
  • International: We ship to [List of Countries]. Recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 24 hours of order confirmation, please email us at contact.saymo@gmail.com

5. Shipping Delays

  • Peak seasons (festivals, sales) or unexpected events (weather, courier issues) may delay delivery.
  • We’ll notify you by email or SMS of any significant delays.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged/Incorrect: Inspect on arrival. If there’s a problem, email photos, video, and order details to contact.saymo@gmail.com within 48 hours.
  • Lost in Transit: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact the courier first. If confirmed lost, inform us and we’ll assist with a claim.

7. Address Changes & Returns to Sender

  • To change your shipping address, email contact.saymo@gmail.com  within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment.
  • Packages returned for incorrect/insufficient address will incur a re-shipping fee of ₹149. You may opt for a refund minus original shipping charges.

8. Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
